  1. These look great! I've never had success with fermented foods, although I have tried sauerkraut the past two seasons. I haven't given up on the kraut, and perhaps I'll need to try these as well!
    My garden is certainly producing enough cucumbers right now.
    I have no idea where to find a horseradish leaf, though...
