Aren't we exiles on the earth? Maybe we are exiles in our daily life, the physical, mental, or spiritual place we are living presently...

Pear Honey

PEAR HONEY

Ingredients :

6 c. grated pears

4 c. sugar (I sustitute part honey)

1 small can crushed pineapple

1 TBSP lemon juice

Preparation :

Cook in stainless steel pot. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently. Cook until juice is slightly thick. Put in jelly jars and seal.

Thank you for the pear honey recipe. My dad just loves this stuff. I passed along a jar thata had been given to me by a customer, and my mom said he almost licked the bottom of the jar. I have been looking for a recipe that contained the pineapple. We knew it had pineapple in it. My stocking up book didn't contain a recipe for this.
