Praying For Healing

The sweet little angle baby boy "C" we were given to care for one week ago today had to be transported by ambulance yesterday to Children's hospital in Seattle. Please pray for him. He is having surgery right at this minute. He will have to have another surgery later.

I am home with a sick boy and a very busy toddler, the animals and a very swollen knee. My husband left work yesterday and met baby over in Seattle and slept in a chair all night holding him. He plans on continuing the chair sleeping until baby is discharged in a couple days. Please pray for them both.

We have been really, and I mean really blessed by friends lately. They have brought us meals, gifts, baby clothes, and more meals. I am so humbled by this and it makes me just want to weep when I think about all of the very kind people we have in our lives. The church is the people, and the people are definately being the church! Love you all!

I think the picture of my husband 12 years ago with our middle son speaks to what kind of dad he can be: our son insisted on wearing these goggled day and night for months, and sometimes just to be obliging my husband wore a pair with him. *U*

Right after we got baby "C" last week I began to pray for his complete healing. I believe that's why in a few days after consistant prayer the 3 issues that we are dealing with now became apparent when they had been missed before. The Lord God heals! He brought them out into the open so they could be operated on. This baby has a long road to go...lots of issues.

Oh, how I wish people would not do drugs when they are pregnant. sigh.
