I'm so thankful for spring and fresh raw milk and eggs!
Chèvre rolled in toasted pecans and a tiny bit of Italian seasonings and cracked pepper. So milk and the texture is velvet because I drained it in the cheesecloth in the refrigerator. Sublime.
