Over The Top Raw Chocolate in a Cloud of Custard


This is so good you can't even believe it's good for you!
I took one cup of soaked cashews and a tiny pinch of salt and the 1/2 cup of soaking water and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a tablespoon of raw honey and blended it all in the VitaMix until creamy.
For the chocolate pudding I took two ripe avacados, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, a tsp. of vanilla and 2 TBS. of raw honey and blend until creamy.
adjust honey to your tastes.
Assemble in pretty custard cups or glasses and garnish with berries, cherries, or coao nibs.
Tell your family the ingredients AFTER they have a couple of bites. They will be shocked, but will finish gladly!
