Raw Chia Cucumber and Lime Fresca

This is super easy and refreshing. It doesn't hurt that it's good for you. Alkalizing your ph balance and giving you protein (chia seeds) and potassium and vitamin C too. I like to mix mine with some Perrier and make a soda.

I take a cup of warm water and a half cup of raw local/my own honey ( you might like a whole cup) and put them in the VitaMix for a few seconds. Then I add 3 more cups of water and:
2 large, peeled and chunked cucumbers
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 tsp Himalayan or Sea salt
And blend until smooth.
Add to that 1/3 cup chia seeds. 
Give it all a whirl to mix well and then keep it in a jar in the fridge. When it's chilled pour it into glasses and garnish with lime wedges. You could also blend with ice to make frozen drinks.
Yummy! You could leave out the chia seeds if you would rather. You can also substitute lemon, orange, tangerine, or grapefruit for the lime. So many choices!
