I have just started the diet plan that's supposed to make me earthy and trim.
I have temporarily given up my beloved raw goat milk and raw honey to see if I can shake off these extra pounds that aren't budging even with crossfit workouts 5 days a week.
Since I have 25 pounds of soft white wheat berries. I decided to sprout some and dehydrate it before I grind it. That makes it more digestible and in the right recipe won't cause a huge insulin spike in my blood sugar. Crossing my fingers- well not really I'm Praying to The Lord. :)
I have been doing the THM for 5 months now, am 53 and need to lose 20 lbs. .It has really opened my eyes to combining fats and carbs. etc. I have lost quite a few inches overall and 7lbs. It is slow going for me, so I am on the THM Turtle group on Facebook which is nice for slooowww losers.Wishing you the best as you embark on this journey. Becky
