I love saying that! he he he! But really, since it's the busiest time of the year with school starting back up (homeschool) and hunting- and my man does it all: early archery, late archery (elk) and mule deer with a rifle- I can't keep all that straight. Then I also have to get busy making soaps before Christmas season.
But anyway, I figured if I blog my to-do list, I'd get it done. (most of it)
So...I need to make double batches of almost everything-
Plain Jane
Punkin' Spice
Rosemary Buttermilk Complexion Bar
Oatmeal Milk & Honey
Almond Biscotti
Almond Biscotti Swirl
Natural Baby
Kefir Tea Tree Oil
Mocha Mint Latte
Almond Mocha Latte
Farmhouse Kitchen Scrub
Men's Shaving Soap
those are the ones I at least need to make!
I also need to get the goats tested, trim hooves, worm them and the horses, and make sure everyone is up to date on vaccines. The horse's feet are done, so at least that's not on the list.
The turkeys need to be butchered.
The cats and kittens need to be wormed.
Whew- I think I'll just stop there. That seems like waaay enough.
Who's coming to help??!
OK,
ReplyDeleteI'll come and smell all the lovely soaps, and try out each one ;) ... It's been a few years since my vet clinic days, but I could probably handle worming the cats & kittens. I don't want any part of that turkey butchering business, thank you...and since I worked in a "small animal clinic" I wouldn't be much help with the goaties or the horses.
I'm supposed to be packing boxes for our umpteenth move in the past 3 years...so a little aromatherapy and a cuddly kitten or 2 sounds rather nice :) .
Seriously, you make this ranch thing sound like WORK! LOL!
I'll stick to the garden my friend...though if I ever do get moved down the road, dh promised me some hens :) !
Hugs to you Queenie,
Catherine
